The candidates who have passed the 12th Board Exams with Science Stream (must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) are eligible to apply for this2 year course. The Minimum marks criteria vary between 45%-50% in most educational institutes. Besides this candidates need to clear a written exam, Pilot Aptitude Test and an interview to be considered suitable for pursuing this course. This course, if completed from a realized institution guarantees 100%  job.

♦Diploma in Ground Staff and Cabin Crew Training- This diploma course is aimed at training students to take on roles of Air Hostess, Steward on flights. Interested candidates can take up this course after completing the 12th standard in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks with excellent communication skills. The duration of this course varies from 6 to 12 months. There are some very good Air hostess Training colleges in Kolkata and India where the candidates can enroll themselves to move forward with this program.

♦Diploma in Aviation Hospitality and Management-  Hospitality has become an indispensable topic, no matter what industry we are dealing with1 Year diploma course. Aspiring candidates who dream of becoming Cabin Crew, Office operators, etc. and have passed the 12th standard examinations with any stream are eligible to apply for this course

♦BBA in Aviation Operations-  BBA in Aviation Operations is one of the most chosen Aviation courses after 12th. It is a three–year graduation course that would help the students develop their managerial skills in various aspects of aviation. Students would learn concepts of aviation management such as passenger forecasting, airport security, fire safety, airport planning, etc. Candidates with a minimum of 45% and a maximum of 60%marks in their 12th Board Exam can apply for this course. ♦MBA In Aviation Management- MBA in Aviation Management is a  3 years post-graduation management program that equips candidates with managerial skills. The course mainly focuses on General Management, Aviation Business, and additional specialization in International Business, Marketing, and Finance. To opt for this course aspirants need to complete a graduation degree course from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Some aviation colleges conduct Entrance Examinations like JEMAT, CAT, MAT etc and select candidates based on their performance in the examination.

♦Diploma in Airport Management- This 1-year degree course focuses solely on the area of Airport Management like airport Strategy and Functioning, Cargo management and handling, Staff management, etc. Students who have passed the higher secondary examination in any stream can apply for this course.

♦Aeronautical engineering- A 4-year technical course is all about designing, manufacturing, and maintaining aircraft. Candidates who have cleared 12 th standard examinations with Science Stream (physics, chemistry, mathematics)  and a minimum of50% marks are eligible to apply for this course. They also need to clear National as well as State level entrance tests to get admission to a recognized institution for this course.
